Memorial service for Dr. Henry Stewart Cochran, 64, of Danville will be tonight, Sept. 4, 2009, at 7 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Lowery officiating.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 at the funeral home.
Dr. Cochran, who died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at his residence, was born July 19, 1945, in Idaho to Dr. Fred Cochran and Dixie Cochran.
He served as a colonel in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Elba United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Daniel Cochran and his wife, Karen, of Danville and Scott Cochran of Macon, Ga.; one sister, Jane Spalding, and her husband, John, of Anchorage, Alaska; and one grandchild, Bailee Cochran of Danville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley in memory of Dr. Henry S. Cochran.
